We use Verisign Payflow Link Services for processing all our secure financial transactions.


To view the Payflow Link Security Certificate you will need to be viewing the page where you are required to enter your credit card number. When at that page, double click on the yellow security lock which is displayed on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

When placing your order you will immediately receive an email from Verisign that shows the City of Wyoming Recreation Department has received "Authority/Approval" from your bank to charge your credit card for your order. Many people confuse this email as an "actual" charge to their credit card, however "actual" charges are not applied until AFTER the order has been processed and registration availability has been confirmed.

Privacy Policy

We DO NOT publish, rent, share or sell email addresses or any other personal information collected during the ordering process.

We do occasionally send emails to our customers to advise them of:
1) Upcoming registration periods,
2) Special Events and Recreation Center News,
3) Changes at the Recreation Center that may affect them.

Registering for an Activity, Adding it to the Shopping Cart and Checking-Out

Registering is quick, easy and it's secure!

Once you have surfed through the site and found an activity that interests you, add that activity to your "shopping cart" by clicking the "ORDER" button. Should you wish to register more than one individual for any particular activity, simply enter the number in the "Number of Participants" box. Be sure to include all required data in the appropriate boxes (i.e. Residency, Names and Dates of Birth for all participants). You will then be automatically taken to the shopping cart where your activity has been placed ready to order. You can continue shopping by clicking the "Continue Registering" button.
When you are happy that you have selected all the activities that you would like to purchase go to your shopping cart and click the "Checkout" button. This will automatically take you to the Customer Account screen where you can either create an account, or verify your account information, if already logged in. You can also enter any additional comments or information that may help us process your order. Once you have completed all sections of this page, click the "Continue" button to view the final price for your order.

To proceed with your order click the "Pay by Credit Card" button which will direct you to the Secure Payment page where you can enter your credit card information. After you have entered your Credit Card details press the "I Authorize this Transaction" button. Review and confirm that the credit card information you have entered is correct by clicking "Submit Transaction For Processing" button. If incorrect, click the "<< Back" button. If your transaction is approved you will see a screen informing you of that and asking you to click on the button "Click to Continue and Display Receipt" which will take you to a screen you can print as your activity registration receipt.

If your transaction is DECLINED you will see a screen describing why the payment could not be completed. Click the "<< Back" button to verify correct payment information. If you are DECLINED your registration did not succeed.

Shortly after authorizing your transaction you will receive two (2) emails from City of Wyoming Recreation Department confirming your order. One will be your credit card payment receipt and the other will show the activities you have purchased.

Deleting items from your Shopping Cart

If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Cart, select the "Remove" button that appears to the left of any item in your Shopping Cart. After selecting the "Remove" checkbox, click on the "Recalculate" button. This will remove the item and refresh your shopping cart.

Cancellation Policy

Please make your choices carefully as we may not offer refunds on all activities. Please contact us immediately at 513-821-5200 should you need to cancel any registration requests.

Changing Number of Activity Participants

If you wish to reserve multiple spots for an activity you have placed in your Shopping Cart then simply go to your Shopping Cart and update the "Number of Participants". The system will automatically update the new price. Be sure to update the order with all required information for all participants.

Limited Availability Policy

Website registrations are supplied on a "First Come First Serve" basis. In the event that you cannot register online because the site reports that no more spots are available please contact us to see if the activity will allow any additional registrations.
